Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect on your original payment method.
Return Policy
We accept returns for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Beyond 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, in its original state, and in its original packaging. Certain items, including some health and personal care products, are non-returnable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Do not return items to the manufacturer directly.
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, such as items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons outside of our error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are also not eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of the receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the official posting of the refund. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank, and if necessary, contact us at support@artzprotect.com.
Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular prices are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@artzprotect.com.
Gift Returns
For items received as gifts and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping for Returns
Email us at support@artzprotect.com to arrange returns. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
